Quotations & Terms
After your floral consultation, A Classic Florist will prepare a quotation for all the flowers
requested for the wedding within 7 days. The quote is a detailed document that outlines
each arrangement with a description, quantity and price. Totals are provided for the
wedding party, the church or venue and the reception to assist you in determining where
you might need to make adjustments.
If you decide to select A Classic Florist as your wedding florist, there are 3 payments due.
The first payment of $100 is to hold the date and is fully refundable up to 30 days prior to
the wedding.
The second payment of the balance up to 75% is due 30 days prior to the wedding when
you and the designer review the quote again to make any final changes. This is the point
where flowers are ordered.
The last payment of 25% is due 10 days prior to the wedding.
Payments can be made with cash, check or credit card. We also allow brides to make
progress payments if that works with your budget.
